We reserve the right to reject any order for legitimate reasons including but not limited to: the listed product is marked as out of stock due to unexpected inventory errors, the delivery address you provided is outside our domestic Mexico service coverage, the order shows obvious signs of fraudulent transaction risks, or the listed price of the product has a clear, verifiable clerical error that is far below the normal market value of the item. If we decide to reject your order after your payment has been completed, we will notify you within 3 working days, and issue a full store credit equal to your original payment amount to your user account immediately, with no expiration date and no usage restrictions.
All payments for orders placed on our platform can be completed via the certified local Mexican payment methods we support, including major domestic bank cards, widely used local electronic wallets, and cash-on-delivery services available for selected eligible regions.
